This is a flat fee, meaning that we do not have an “a la carte” menu for services provided. It is very common for most assisted living places to have anywhere from a 1:10-1:15 or even 1:20 ratio. If there are 30 residents, that means there are possibly only two caregivers to assist all 30 residents’ needs. At Two Hearts, our ratio during the day is 1 to 5 and at night it is 1 to 8. When it comes to helping your loved one, we believe we are fully equipped with the right team in place in order to provide the care and attention your loved one deserves.
